Training for professionals on implementation of Protocol on Treatment, Prevention and Protection of Violence against Women and DV/ Trening za profesionalce o primjeni Protokola o postupanju, prevenciji i zaštiti od nasilja nad ženama i nasilja u porodici

On Novembar 28. and 29. in Podgorica and Decembar 05. and 06., in Bijelo Polje SOS Niksic have organized training for professionals on implementation of Protocol on Treatment, Prevention and Protection of Violence against Women and DV.  Training in Podgorica was attended by 25 professionals: 12 representatives of Police; 8 from Centers for Social Care; 3 from Misdemeanor court and 2 representatives of NGO. Training in Bijelo Polje was attended by 24 professionals: 13 representatives of Police; 8 from Centers for Social Care; 2 from Misdemeanor court and 1 representatives of NGO. The trainers were the representatives of Police, Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare, Misdemeanor court and SOS Niksic. The main goal of the training was to make professionals understand better how the new Protocol  should be applied and to get them familiar with the basic concepts and legal solutions related to GBV and DV.

The training was realized through 2 pillars :

1. To inform professionals:

  • on 3 different approaches of rights: Human rights; Women’s rights and Gender approach;
  • on International and National legislation in cases of GBV and DV;
  • about content of the new Protocol on the Treatment, Prevention and Protection of Violence against Women and DV and
  • Database and inter institutional cooperation.

 

2. The professionals were invited to directly participate in “resolving” cases of DV in accordance with the Protocol.

The training was realized with the support of  UNDP Gender Programme


28. i 29. novembra u Podgorici i 05. i 06. Decembra u Bijelom Polju SOS Nikšić je organizovao trening za profesionalce/ke o primjeni Protokola o postupanju, prevenciji i zaštiti od nasilja nad ženama i nasilja u porodici. Na treningu u Podgorici je učestvovalo 25 profesionalaca/ki: 12 predtsavnika/ca policije; 8 iz Centara za socijalni rad; 3 iz Suda za prekršaje i 2 predstavnice NVO. Na treningu u Bijelom Polju učestvovalo je 24 profesionalaca/ki: 13 predstavnika/ca policije; 8 iz Centara za socijalni rad; 2 iz Suda za prekršaje and 1 predtsavnica NVO.

Predavačice su bile predstavnice policije, Ministarstva rada i socijalnog staranja, Prekršajnog suda i SOS telefona Nikšić. Glavni cilj obuke bio je da profesionalci/ke bolje razumeju kako treba primjenjivati korake iz novog Protokola, kao  i da se upoznaju sa osnovnim konceptima i zakonskim rešenjima koja se odnose na rodno zasnovano nasilje i nasilje u porodici.

Trening je realizovan kroz dvije strategije:

1. Da informiše profesionalce/ke:

  • o tri različita pristupa pravima: ljudska prava; Prava žena i rodni pristup;
  • o međunarodnom i nacionalnom zakonodavstvu u slučajevima rodno zasnovanog nasilja i nasilja u porodici;
  • o sadržaju novog Protokola o postupanju, sprečavanju i zaštiti od nasilja nad ženama i nasilja u porodici , Bazi podataka i međuinstitucionalnoj saradnji.

2. Profesionalci su pozvani da direktno učestvuju u “rešavanju” slučajeva nasilja u porodici u skladu sa Protokolom.

Obuka je realizovana uz podršku kancelarije UNDP-a u Crnoj Gori.
