SOS Niksic on Advanced International Training Programme in Stockholm/ SOS Nikšić na Internacionalom trening programu u Štokholmu

Executive of SOS Hotline Niksic, Natasa Medjedovic participated in International Training Programme in Stockholm. Training lasted 3 weeks, from May, 28 till June 15. Topic of this training was: Prevent and respond to Gender Based Violence – strengthening agents of change.

The main objective of training was to increase capacity  of targeted organizations and authorities to prevent and respond to GBV, according to Rule of Law.

This Training programme provided to a participants a:

  • 3 weeks of advanced training with experts, practitioners and academics;
  • a participatory and interactive programme with a mixture  of qualified participants from both govermental and civil society sector;
  • exchange of experiences, networking and cooperation with professionals within the same field from five different countries;
  • individual and group coaching to be able to successfully implement participants projects for change.

The participants were police officers; prosecutors; representatives of civil society organizations working to counteract GBV; people working in shelters; health professionals; reperesentatives of relevant minstries from Montenegro,  Albania, Kosovo, Moldavia and Ukraine.

The second part of the training will be conducted in November, and will last for 2 weeks.


Izvršna koordinatorka SOS telefona Nikšić, Nataša Medjedović učestvovala je u Međunarodnom programu obuke u Stokholmu. Obuka je trajala 3 sedmice, od 28. maja do 15. juna. Tema ove obuke bila je: Prevencija i odgovor na rodno zasnovano nasilje – ojačavajući agente promjena.

Glavni cilj treninga bio je poboljšanje kapaciteta predstavnika/ca targetiranih organizacija i predstavnika/ca vlasti kako bi se spriječilo rodno zasnovano nasilje i odgovorilo na nasilje , a u skladu sa zakonom.

Ovaj program obuke pružio je učesnicima/ama:

  • 3 nedjelje napredne obuke sa stručnjacima, praktičarima i akademskim osobljem;
  • participativni i interaktivni program sa kvalifikovanim učesnicima iz državnog i civilnog sektora;
  • razmjenu iskustava, umrežavanje i saradnju sa profesionalcima unutar istog područja iz pet različitih zemalja;
  • individualne i grupne treninge kako bi mogli uspješno sprovesti projekte za promjene.

Učesnici su bili policajci; tužioci; predstavnici organizacija civilnog društva koje rade na suzbijanju rodno zasnovanog nasilja; ljudi koji rade u skloništima; zdravstveni radnici; predstavnici relevantnih ministarstava iz Crne Gore, Albanije, Kosova, Moldavije i Ukrajine.

Drugi dio obuke održaće se u novembru i trajaće 2 sedmice.
