Peja edhe kete vit mblodhi shume gra e burra përfaqësues të organizatave civile, përfaqësues të partive politike, profesorë universitar e qytetarë të thjeshtë te cilet u dëgjuan duke thirrur kerkojme barazi ne shoqeri. Edhe pse kemi shume premtime se grate do te kane me shume perkrahje ne punesim, perkrahje ne impelemtimin e ligjit dhe protestojme kunder te gjitha llojet e dhunes . As ne politike nuk qendrojne mire grate sepse asnjë nga partitë politike që kanë garuar në zgjedhje nuk kanë pasur të nominuar një grua për kryeministre. Përveç kësaj, asnjë grua nuk është emëruar në postet të zëvendës-kryeministres”
Çdo ditë shohim realitetin e gruas në Kosovë e në qytetin tim, sot ne treguam dhe u bëjmë me dije institucioneve që mos na shohin si numër kur vjen koha e zgjedhjeve por si gra që mundemi dhe meritojmë pozita të mira
Shumica e protestueseve thane se protestës iu bashkëngjita sepse mendoj qe sidomos ne kohen e fundit kane ndodh shume shkelje të të Drejtave te Grave për të cilat sot më shumë se kurrë është dashtë të protestohet duke filluar nga vrasja e dyfishtë në Gjakovë e deri tek abuzimi me të miturën nga Drenasi”
Qëllimi i marshit ka qenë të përçojmë mesazhe tek institucionet dhe popullata se gruaja duhet te përfshihet në të gjitha proceset e vendimmarrjes dhe paqe bërjes duke filluar prej institucionit familjar te deri tek ato qeveritare” Shume media e percjellen marshin .

March 7, 2019. Peja gathered many women and men, representatives of civil society organizations, representatives of political parties, university professors and ordinary citizens who marched and heard calling for gender equality in society. Although we had many promises that women will have more support in employment, support for the enforcement of the law and protect against all kinds of violence, nothing happened. Neither does politics did much for women because none of the political parties competing in the elections have nominated a woman for prime minister. In addition, no woman has been appointed to the post of Deputy Prime Minister
Every day we see the reality of women in Kosovo , today we share gathered to let the institutions see us as not as the number when the election time comes but as women that we can and deserve good positions. Most of the protesters said that they joined because ‘’I think that especially recently there have been many violations of the Women’s Rights, which today more than ever had to be protested starting with the double murder in Gjakova and to the abuse of the kid from Drenas ”
The purpose of the march has been to convey messages to the institutions and the population that women should be involved in all decision-making processes and peace of mind, ranging from family to government institutions. “Many media follow the march.
