“Improving Provision of Services and Awareness to Combat Trafficking in Persons in the Balkans, Albania, Macedonia, Montenegro & Kosovo/ Unapređenje pružanja usluga i svijesti o borbi protiv trgovine ljudima na Balkanu, Albanija, Makedonija, Crna Gora, Kosovo

The Terre des hommes Foundation’s mission in Albania presented the launch of the project “Improving Provision of Services and Awareness to Combat Trafficking in Persons in the Balkans, Albania, Macedonia, Montenegro & Kosovo” funded by the US Department of State through Project J / TiP, to be implemented for the period February 2018 to July 2020.

The first Project Steering Committee and the Kick-off event for the project launch was organized on on 30th March, 2018, in Tirana, Albania.

The event was welcomed by US Ambassador to Albania, H.E. Mr. Donald Lu and the National Anti-Trafficking Coordinators from all four project countries, namely Albania, Macedonia, Montenegro and Kosovo.

The project is a joint effort of the Terre des hommes Mission in Albania and Kosovo with six local partners in the four countries of intervention:

The Iniciative for Social Change – ARSIS and Different & Equal in Albania;

Association for action against violence and trafficking in human beings – Open Gate in Macedonia;

SOS Hotline for Women and Children Victims of Violence Niksic in Montenegro;

Shpresë dhe shtëpitë e Fëmijëve and the Center for Protection of Victims and Prevention of Trafficking in Human Beings (PVPT) in Kosovo.


Misija Fondacije Terre des hommes u Albaniji predstavila je lansiranje projekta “Unapređenje pružanja usluga i svijesti o borbi protiv trgovine ljudima na Balkanu, Albanija, Makedonija, Crna Gora, Kosovo”  finansiran od strane Državnog sekretarijata SAD-a kroz projekat J / TiP , koji će se implementirati u periodu od februara 2018. do jula 2020. godine.

Prvi sastanak Upravnog odbora projekta i događaj povodom pokretanje projekta održan je 30. marta 2018. godine u Tirani, u Albaniji.

Događaj je pozdravio američki ambasador u Albaniji, H.E. Donald Lu kao i Nacionalni koordinatori za borbu protiv trgovine ljudima iz sve četiri zemlje projekta, i to Albanije, Makedonije, Crne Gore i Kosova.

Projekat predstavlja zajednički napor Misije Terre des hommes u Albaniji i na Kosovu sa šest lokalnih partnera u četiri države:

Inicijativa za društvene promjene – ARSIS i Diferent & Ekual u Albaniji;

Udruženje za borbu protiv nasilja i trgovine ljudima – “Otvorena vrata u Makedoniji”;

SOS telefon za žene i djecu žrtve nasilja Nikšić u Crnoj Gori;

Shprese dhe shtepite e Femijeve i Centar za zaštitu žrtava i prevencije trgovine ljudima (PVPT) na Kosovu.
