Donor cocktail for the establishment of the first Trauma Center in Montenegro / Donatorski koktel za uspostavljanje prvog Trauma centra u Crnoj Gori
In the December of last year, the SOS Helpline for Women and Children Victims of Violence Nikšić launched the campaign “Don’t wait even a minute”, which aims to establish the first trauma center in Montenegro that will provide long-term emotional and physical stabilization of women and children victims of violence from all over Montenegro.
On this occasion, a donation evening was organized in the hall of the Nikšić Theater, during which an auction of artworks donated by 26 artists from all over Montenegro was held. 1,040 euros were collected, and the exhibition of works in the hall of the theater will be open until September 5, so that everyone who wants to help open a Center for the rehabilitation and treatment of the trauma of violence for women and children in Montenegro will be able to buy some of the remaining arts.
Our goal is, with the combined efforts, to collect the first 25,000 dollars, after which the “Trag” Foundation will donate double, i.e. 50,000 dollars, up to the necessary 75 thousand, which are necessary for establishment of the first Trauma center.
SOS telefon za žene i djecu žrtve nasilja Nikšić u decembru prošle godine pokrenuo je kampanju “Ne čekajte ni minut”, koja ima za cilj uspostavljanje prvog trauma centra u Crnoj Gori koji će obezbjeđivati dugoročnu emocionalnu i fizičku stabilizaciju žena i djece žrtava nasilja iz cijele Crne Gore.
Tim povodom, u holu Nikšićkog pozorišta organizovano je donatorsko veče u okviru koga je održana aukcija umjetničkih djela koje je doniralo 26 umjetnika i umjetnica iz cijele Crne Gore. Prikupljeno je 1.040 eura, a izložba radova u holu pozorišta biće otvorena do 5. septembra, tako da će svi koji žele da pomognu da se otvori centar za rehabilitaciju i tretman traume nasilja za žene i djecu u Crnoj Gori moći da kupe neki od preostalih radova.
Cilj nam je da udruženim snagama prikupimo prvih 25.000 dolara, nakon čega će Fondacija ‘Trag’ donirati duplo, tj. 50.000 dolara, do neophodnih 75 hiljada, koliko je potrebno za uspostavljanje prvog Trauma centra.
